Introduction: The Tier 3 paediatric weight management service at University Hospital Southampton comprises a Paediatric Endocrine Consultant, a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Specialist Dieticians. Children may be referred if they have an endocrinopathy, metabolic co-morbidity or obesity syndrome.
